Responsible for upgrading OS Plus, a DOS based call accounting software for Y2K. At the time over 6,000 customers throughout North America used the software.

• Developed test procedures and documentation for several upgrades of OS Plus.
• Developed PBX specific DLL's for IFW, a Windows based call accounting software.
• Created documentation for OS Plus and IFW and converted the documents into internal web pages.
